We are pleased to announce today the official implementation of this new supplier collaboration platform, beyond the traditional procure to pay process.

    Functionalities of Tradeshift

    This platform is co-designed to support many of our interactions with you within one unique system, including:
    • Procurement Execution
    • Legal Contract collaboration & eSignature
    • eSourcing events
    • Quality certificates & Quality claims management
    • Vendor Master Data
    • Performance animation, etc.

    Setting up your online account for the web-interface on Tradeshift is free and only takes a couple of minutes. Please see below the steps to follow to get started with Tradeshift. 

    Procurement Execution

    The first step implemented today is the module Procurement Execution, replacing SupplierConnect, enabled via the “Order Collaboration App” on Tradeshift. 
    This module is currently being deployed region by region, targeting a full replacement of SupplierConnect worldwide, including DanTrade, EDP, ELN, AMN and Waters divisions, before the end of the year.

    From the go-live date of each wave, and for each scope of CBUs/Supply Points, the Order Collaboration App will be your only way to validate Technical Contracts or submit Purchase Order modifications or confirmations. Tradeshift enables you to exchange technical data to Danone, either through this online web interface or by integrating it into your ERP system if you have EDI connections. Forecasts are part of the Procurement Execution stream, but will be migrated to Tradeshift in a later stage (Q1/Q2 2019).
